Login To Backoffice
When you create your subscription and provision your instance you are ready to login to your portal.
- Firstly you need to know your credentials. You can get them from My Portals panel when you select particular portal:
- If you login for the first time or you forgot your password you can reset it here
IMPORTANT: You can change your password to something more momorable, but you do it in Externable portal backoffice once you log in. This admin panel lets you one reset password for admin user so that you don't loose access to portal instance.
- Click the link to administrator backoffice panel to start logging in. In future you can go directly to backoffice without navigating though My Portals page.
- Give your username and password, click log in and enjoy your portal backoffice!
NOTE:First time you open your portal page may take longer due to cache building
