Resetting Instance

Sometimes you need to start with a fresh instance. You can reset all your non-production instances. Resetting instance will effectively deprovision the instance, so that you could provision it again with fresh content.

IMPORTANT: You will loose all content and customizations when you deprovision the instance

NOTE:Resetting productiom instances is not supported. Instead we recommend using backups and restoring them

How to reset instance

  1. Go to non-production instance in My Portals, Reset tab.
  2. Click Deprovision Instance:
