Starting and stopping instance

Externabel portal instance can be stopped or restarted at any time. Stopping the instance stops the IIS server, o it is a good way to clean web server cache.

Stopping instance is not stopping the subscription, so it has no impact on your fees

To start/restart/stop the instance go to My Portals panel open instance you want to work with and use one of the start/restart/stop button.

Stopping the instance will make your portal not accessible until you start it again

Starting instance may take some time until the your portal is accessible due to cache building.
